Churinga Park faces the mall but is a lot quieter with plenty of room to run and play and a fun and safe playground for the kids with heaps of swings, a little hike through the board walk over the creek leads to a quaint little spot where you can hire canoes and go for a trip up the river or admire the simple beauty of the cascading waterfall with it’s many hidden caves behind its walls of water.

Tjuringa Mountain lays on the edge of the town looming over it with its magnificence but for those who don’t mind the slight hike to get there will find themselves in a wonderland. Full of lush greenery and singing birds, cascading waterfalls and cool deep pools, smooth sun warmed rock this is the perfect place for a romantic picnic or to clear your head. There are caves littered throughout the mountain with many aboriginal cave painting a real cultural experience.

Ride along the ocean forefront and the dune type area’s great for four wheel driving and motorbike riding. There are also plenty of horse friendly trails through the scrub and it brings you out to the beach without having to drive perfect if you want to take your horse for a ride along the shore.

Trotters Court is a quiet stretch of town closer to the outside where the blocks are bigger but not big enough to keep horse’s on full time, the blocks are mostly local bushland and offer great privacy but some people like to clear the land. The blocks of land out here are generally 3acres blocks next to each other, good land for people who want extravagant house’s and still have room for a shed down the back.

Saddler Road is a quiet stretch of road as you enter the town within 10 minutes walking distance of the hustle and bustle in the town. The blocks are reasonably sized at around 4acres being mostly bushland, these blocks are not the best for keeping horses on as there is a fair bit of rock around. But with a bit of hard work, you can have a decent house with a big backyard and room for shed’s.

Off the main drag Weld Street consists of various blocks around 1 acre in size. These houses are best suited to people who live on their own as there isn’t much of a back yard for kids to play in but they are reasonable sites and your not right on top of your neighbours.

Description of Land: Tjuringa is a 200acre block of land with 100acres of pastures for the horses that are boarded here to graze in, all the buildings are top notch and well looked after. There are a few round rings and indoor arena’s, as well as a couple of outdoor arena’s that can be used by the people who wish to use them and we also have riding lessons available. We have a farrier come out on a regular basis who can be here in no time so you wont miss that all important competition and your horse won’t have to suffer.

Description of House: A lovely house on a 40 acre block of land surrounded by Australian wildlife and environment. Three bedroom, one bathroom, two carport house with a old fasioned and welcoming feel to it. With an old tyre swing down the back and a porch surrounded by fruit trees and a little porch swing that Bodie had made, himself.
Description of Land: A perfect place to escape the world and be 'one with Mother Earth'. A large dam out the back and many sloping hills with rocks that you can climb on, many places to explore. You'll find tire tracks through most of the gravel roads spread through it thanks to Mrs Cruz's son, Bodie and his motorbike.
Bodie's mother breeds horses and is always willing to share a barn or two if needed, for the right wage.
